Shipping & Returns

RETURNS: Please read carefully

Each order placed is custom and unique, and therefore all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the order. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported (support@theprintful.com) within 30 days. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer's needs a smaller or larger size.

Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact via email support@theprintful.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

It is the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.


Printful will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged, or there is a print error

(b) if Printful receives a submitted complaint (support@theprintful.com) within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered to the Customer.

REASONS FOR RETURNS:

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful headquarters (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311). You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful HQ facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best to first contact (info@birtsy.com) before returning any product. This is because Printful do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. Sorry for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING INFO: Please read carefully.

Please allow 2-7 business days to create apparel products. Then you should add shipping times of 2-5 business days for ground shipping from California.  

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information.

International shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you the customer.
